Great staff, all very nice and helpful. They are really friendly and welcoming. Everybody at Madison Modern Dentistry is so gentle and explain things and procedures thoroughly. They do have financing available, if you qualify, in house which helped me immensely in getting work done that I've wanted to do for years now. I've been to dentists in the past that left me in tears with their almost callous and dismissive attitude towards me. I am so grateful I found this office.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I NEVER THOUGHT I’D BE WRITING A LOVE LETTER TO A DENTAL OFFICE, BUT HERE WE ARE 😂🦷 Let me tell you something, I walked into this office expecting a routine dental appointment and walked out feeling like I had just experienced five-star luxury with a side of medieval torture equipment. First, we have Kaitlyn at the front desk. This woman is an absolute sweetheart. She makes you feel so welcome that you almost forget you’re there because you’ve been neglecting your teeth like a landlord neglects a maintenance request. She could probably tell me I have 37 cavities and I’d still be smiling and asking her how her day is going. Customer service so good I almost wanted to hang around the lobby like I was waiting for my Uber. Then there’s Doctor Ryan. This man is an absolute legend. He’s got the confidence, precision, and steady hands of a bomb disposal expert, except instead of defusing explosives, he’s digging around in your mouth while casually asking you about your weekend. SIR, I CAN BARELY REMEMBER MY OWN NAME RIGHT NOW, AND YOU WANT SMALL TALK?! The best part is that he actually makes you feel comfortable, explains what he’s doing, and treats you like a human being instead of a set of teeth with a wallet attached. Between Kaitlyn’s amazing personality and Doctor Ryan’s expertise, these two have somehow made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I used to schedule dental appointments with the same enthusiasm as a court summons. Now I’m leaving five-star reviews like I’m their publicist. If you’re looking for a great dentist, do yourself a favor and come here. Kaitlyn will make you feel welcome, Doctor Ryan will take care of your teeth, and you’ll leave wondering why you spent your whole life acting like a toothbrush was your mortal enemy. 10/10 experience. Great people, great service, and teeth so clean I can practically hear them singing.
